Nothing automatically. This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no trackers, and its forms don't store anything.
Email updates
To join the weekly email you send a message from your own email app to [email protected]. I keep your email address and the interests you chose, and use them only to send the weekly Coached by Grok email (and, if you asked, news about the offers).
I don't sell or share your address. You can unsubscribe, or ask me to show, correct or delete what I hold, at any time by emailing [email protected].
Your information is handled under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and, where it applies, the GDPR. You can also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
